Mottolino Fun Mountain

In Livigno, in the heart of the Alps, an innovative, dynamic and multi-functional project was born. Concreta worked in synergy with Progetto CMR and the LPS studio for the architectural design.
Mottolino Fun Mountain is a “home” – welcoming and technological – designed for those who want to alternate fun and work. The new headquarter celebrates the mountain and does so both physically and digitally, responding to the needs of a public of the most diverse ages and addressing above all a young clientele.

On the ground floor you are greeted by the Service Centre area, which includes the ticket office, ski and bike hire and storage, ski and snowboard school and a panoramic escalator.
The Digital Cave, located on the first floor, is a multifunctional space that incorporates the gaming room – where visitors can enjoy the experience offered by professional driving simulators – and the Ski Working Hub area, a lounge equipped with mobile workstations where you can work at the end of a day on the slopes.

The Kosmo Taste the Mountain – Livigno & AlpiNN restaurant, based on the philosophy of the 3*** Michelin chef and Green Star for sustainability, Norbert Niederkofler, presents an ethical cuisine based on the principles of sustainability, seasonality and territoriality, aiming at minimising waste and offering a high-quality menu.
The spaces are enriched by a surprising element created ad hoc for the restaurant: a 13-metre long mega-table, made from a single piece of cedar wood and resin, flanked by a 24-metre wooden bar counter, both located in front of a panoramic window of priceless beauty.

The interior design of the Mottolino Headquarters and Kosmo Taste the Mountain – Livigno & AlpiNN was entrusted to Concreta, a company specialising in high quality interior contractors. Together with Progetto CMR and the LPS studio, Concreta worked exceptionally quickly and according to criteria inspired by aesthetic impact and functionality. The construction, which took place between October and December 2021 in full compliance with the schedule, is an important goal also achieved thanks to an exceptional spirit of belonging on the part of all the professionals involved and to a client, Mottolino, always open to constructive discussion.
