Hybrid Restaurant designed by Simone Micheli

The Simone Micheli Architectural Hero studio with the partnership of PKF hospitality group – an internationally recognised market leader in the world of consultancy in the hotel sector – is realising Hybrid Restaurant, an exhibition, container of events and performances on the occasion of the Fuorisalone del mobile in Milan 2022, from 6 to 12 June.
An interactive exhibition that, connecting food and design, will take shape within the framework of “Hotel Regeneration” at OfficinaVentura14, the beating heart of the Lambrate district. An event that will see a succession of conventions, conferences, cultural happenings, and performances designed to foster encounters and stimulate dialogue between professionals.

The exhibition will feature multiple iconic installations and luxurious three-dimensional hospitable spaces: wellness areas, gaming space, relaxation areas, three-dimensional outdoor areas, suggestive shop, pharmacy area, long-stay area, office point, bar and ice-cream parlour, back office. The exhibition will represent a real stage within which to view and physically come into contact with Architect Micheli’s distinctive projects, realised by prestigious partner companies.
PKF hospitality group on 6 June will organise an invitation-only day, 196+ forum Milan, in the presence of relevant international personalities from the world of hospitality. In the Agora – Conference Area, with a capacity of 200 seats, starting on 7 June, prestigious thematic conferences will alternate with moments of discussion and debate, focusing on investment, tourism, real estate development and design.

Nineteen spaces: sixteen different installations of the contract dimension, a Conference area, a Networking area, and an Outdoor – Garden area, designed by architect Micheli, will define the exhibition over an area of 4,000 square metres, dedicated to as many international newspapers and some selected masters of cuisine: chefs Samuele Bravi, Terry Giacomello, Alessandro Miceli, Kunihiko Onuma, Daniele Repetti, Roberto Rinaldini, Paco Zanobini and Elena Minari, and Bartender Luigi Barberis.
The exhibition will embody the role of a Temporary Restaurant: the location, with around 80 seats, will give diners the opportunity to reserve and stop for a Break & Lunch and for each evening, from 8pm to midnight, to dine amidst the installations on an incredible stage that will make them extraordinary leading actors. The evenings will be directed by Paco Zanobini and Elena Minari, founders of De Smart Kitchen, a gastronomic hub of excellence in collaboration with guest chefs Samuele Bravi, Alessandro Miceli, Daniele Repetti and Bartender Luigi Barberis. Guests and visitors will therefore be able to enjoy this special experience in a unique place, transfigured by the Architect through his iconic sign, for just a few days.
