Park Towers Milano is the new residential development that will be built by December 2023 in the Feltre district, in Via Privata Ruggeri, and will enrich the skyline of East Milan. The project will overlook the green area of Parco Lambro: a strategic position, in connection with the most important junctions of the Milanese urban fabric, near the M2 Udine stop and the Lambrate railway station.
The complex, designed by Asti Architetti, will cover an area of about 8,000 square metres and will involve the demolition of an industrial building and the subsequent construction of three different residential buildings, including two towers and an in-line building, as well as a basement that will house about 120 garages, a cycle workshop and electric vehicle recharging stations.
The two towers of 22 and 15 floors will consist of 106 flats of different sizes and dimensions, equipped with the latest technologies. The four-storey building on the other hand, overlooking Via Privata Ruggeri, will have 23 two-room flats measuring approximately 60 square metres, a large hall and common areas for the exclusive use of the condominium, such as co-working, a gym and a delivery room with a cold storage room. A free wi-fi network will be available in the common areas and in the garden.
Each flat will also be equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) with heat recovery. The VMC will guarantee the hygienic exchange of external air and the extraction of stale air; before being expelled outside, the stale air will pass through a high-efficiency heat exchanger in order to release most of the heat it contains. This system will work independently for each flat.
The real star of the project is the greenery. A large private park of 5,000 square metres will be created, an ideal continuation of the adjacent Parco Lambro. Designed with particular attention to the needs of low maintenance and low water requirements, it will see an alternation of portions of lawn, shrubs, trees and flowering parts to create a mix of colours, scents and chromatic gradations. The park will also include an urban vegetable garden, which will be left to the management of the apartment blocks, an area for grooming four-legged friends and an area equipped for children, both indoors and outdoors.
Park Towers was also the subject of a real estate equity crowdfunding campaign through Concrete Investing, the platform authorised by Consob and specialised in raising capital for investments in real estate projects. The campaign was successfully completed in just 24 hours, reaching the maximum target of EUR 2.5 million.
