The project of Nemesi previews the restyling of a residential complex composed of three towers of 30 floors each, and a commercial podium: in particular Nemesi has designed a bridge connecting the towers, to create a panoramic view, and a large hall in the podium, which serves as exhibition, commercial and tertiary space, as well as a sales area of the apartments.
The idea behind the project is a hollowed-out, fluid and enveloping space, covered with curved feather finish concrete panels that simulate the idea of a cave – a suspended and enveloping space and a metaphor that evokes water as the origin of life – that both welcomes and surprises the visitors. This fluid and continuous space hosts both the entrance hall and the reception to the complex, as well as the adjacent sales area, the exhibition space and offices, all located on the ground floor.
The sales area also hosts prototype apartments with sales offices. The interior space is conceived as a real protected public square, a social meeting place in Shenzhen. For further information, please visit www.nemesistudio.it.
