Under the aegis of internationalisation, TUTTOFOOD and HostMilano will come together under one roof at fieramilano from 22 to 26 October, at the same time as MEAT-TECH.
Based on a “total supply chain” concept – from semi-finished products to processing and equipment, through to purchasing opportunities in large-scale distribution and retail outlets and off-home consumption styles – the shows will welcome more than 2,200 exhibitors from over 40 countries,
The two sectors represented are the two standard-bearers for Italian quality in the world and are fundamental for recovery, which will inevitably pass through internationalisation. Exports will in fact be the driving force behind Made in Italy’s return to pre-pandemic levels. In Italy, hospitality and out-of-home supplies stand out for excellence and are our traditional strong point: according to recent research by PwC, they will grow at rates of between 2.4% and 4.6% per year from now until 2024. In turn, analysts predict that by the end of 2021 Italian agri-food exports will exceed the €50 billion mark.
