Created in 2012 as a natural evolution of Signorini-Coco’s historic craftsmanship excellence, Daytona today represents the contemporary soul of Italian luxury living. Its DNA has its roots in 1968, when Signorini-Coco brought the cabinet-making tradition to the forefront with furniture of art that took care of every detail. To that artisan sensibility, the third generation of the family has added vision, creative energy and openness to the language of international design.
Daytona was born with the declared intention of leaving a mark on the contemporary luxury scene, presenting itself as a brand capable of boldly presenting precious materials, sophisticated geometries, fluid and light lines, to interpret cosmopolitan living with style. All the collections are entirely conceived, designed and made in Italy: a tangible tribute to the material strength of the territory and the manufacturing culture that runs through it.
Daytona is constantly evolving balance: between the timeless elegance of Italian craftsmanship and the dynamic sophistication of global design. Italian woods in neutral finishes, elegant curves, harmonious proportions and refined details create total living that elegantly defines the identity of the space.
During Milan Design Week, Daytona recorded a remarkable turnout at its stand, conceived as an immersive and sensorial experience. The stand paid homage to Carlo Scarpa’s architectural universe, reinterpreting its aesthetics through a tale of aerodynamic lines, sophisticated curves and material suggestions. To dialogue with this vision, the warm and natural colours inspired by Daytona Beach, legendary theatre of sand racing: tones of beige, terracotta and brown have merged into a harmonious and vibrant chromatic landscape.
The new 2025 collection, designed by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, took shape in three rooms – living, dining and night – under the narrative concept The Race of Shapes: an interweaving of design, speed and formal fluidity.
Among the most popular novelties in the new collection are the Earl armchair, with its organic and enveloping shapes, and the brand new René seat, which elegantly reinterprets suggestions from the automotive world. The Devlin bookcase conquered for its ability to combine aesthetics, functionality and design, while the Curtis table caught the eye thanks to a surprising combination of materials – marble, leather and metal – enhanced by the presence of the iconic Mya chair, designed by Dainellistudio. The sleeping area found full expression in the Colin bed, flanked by the Frey bench, the Maxime vanity, the Ben pouf and the Toby bedside tables, which together give life to a new idea of coherent and transversal elegance. Finally, the Black Jack modular sofa, designed by Officina Daytona, is presented in a renewed guise that confirms its strong identity.
Underlining the brand’s transversal and curated approach, Daytona enriched its story with high-profile collaborations: the photographic works of artist Uli Weber, selected by the Kooness gallery, caught the eye for their intensity and visual refinement.
The material touch was enhanced by fabrics and plaids by Telerie Spadari Milano, chosen for their sophisticated shades, and by leather objects by Cassigoli, a Tuscan company with which Daytona shares its origins and craftsmanship sensibility.
Daytona thus continues its journey into the world of design, where shapes become movement and materials tell stories of luxury, elegance and vision.
