Moreover, the project develops a coherent narrative that places the user experience at its core, through dynamic, flexible, and highly characterized environments. Saturated colors, graphic patterns, and textured surfaces create a lively and informal atmosphere. The common areas are conceived as social hubs where the lobby, restaurants, and lounge spaces become extensions of urban life.
The residential component, composed of branded apartments, introduces a domestic dimension within the hotel complex, fostering a new mode of long-term stay. The interiors balance comfort and identity, with bespoke furnishings and design solutions tailored to an international and creative audience.
The functional layout prioritizes permeability between spaces, encouraging interaction and sharing. Panoramic pools, wellness areas, restaurants, and event spaces contribute to building an integrated system of services.
