Vismaravetro expands its range with the addition of Koh-I-Noor

Vismaravetro strengthens its presence in the bathroom furniture sector by announcing the acquisition of the bathroom furniture division of Koh-I-Noor, a historic and renowned brand in Italy. The transaction marks a strategic step in the growth of the company led by the Vismara family.
The entry of Koh-I-Noor into the Vismaravetro group is part of a development vision that aims to expand the product range and consolidate the company’s position in the contract and hospitality segments. These are areas in which the ability to offer integrated solutions, the quality of materials and production reliability are key factors in meeting the needs of international designers and operators.
The new corporate structure will ensure the continuity of the most representative products in the Koh-I-Noor catalogue, starting with decorative mirrors, magnifying mirrors and accessories that have helped define the brand’s identity. These collections share with Vismaravetro a design culture based on the use of glass and metal, materials that are central to both companies, albeit with different approaches and specialisations. This technical and aesthetic heritage will be preserved and enhanced, maintaining consistency with the brand’s history.

At the same time, the integration will open up a more contemporary evolution of the Koh-I-Noor range. The products will be progressively updated, thanks in part to the introduction of Vismaravetro finishes, with the aim of expanding the possibilities for customisation and strengthening the dialogue with architectural and interior design projects. This process aims to combine tradition and innovation, consolidating competitiveness on international markets.
