PLATFORM REAL ESTATE
A two-day event with an up-to-date representation of the state of the art of real estate in Italy. The protagonists are developers, asset managers and the many professionals in the wider supply chain who, through their entrepreneurial activities and aspirations, provide an overview of trends and prospects. In dialogue with them, institutional players and a selection of service companies that represent the broad spectrum of the real estate industry will explore how the private sector can make a concrete contribution to the construction of the public city.
The event, conceived by Platform and co-produced with PPAN, aims to provide a snapshot taken by the industry’s top players, in a constructive dialogue that facilitates networking.
We look to the future of urban transformation, questioning the forms of economy and finance that can bring the most ambitious projects to fruition.
The supply chain is undergoing a phase of profound transformation, between new forms of transparent partnership and the demand for certainty in terms of timing and rules. Technological innovations, changes in buyer preferences and major issues such as climate change, the housing emergency and infrastructure priorities are all decisive factors.

WHERE AND WHEN
The Platform Real Estate event will be held on 09 and 10 November at MAXXI – National Museum of 21st Century Arts. The choice of this location is no coincidence, as MAXXI, located in the Flaminio district, is a successful example of urban regeneration, with plans for expansion in the near future, perfectly embodying the spirit of innovation and renewal that characterises the entire event.
MAXXI was designed by architect Zaha Hadid and inaugurated in 2010. MAXXI stands on an area previously occupied by military barracks, transformed into a futuristic, multifunctional space that combines art exhibitions, cultural events and educational initiatives. This transformation has had a significant impact in an area that is still undergoing renovation and development, with the anticipated redevelopment of the former Guido Reni barracks, contributing to its rebirth and attractiveness. Choosing MAXXI as the venue for Platform Real Estate underlines the importance of urban regeneration and architectural innovation, themes that will characterise the quality of real estate in our country.
