Mondial Gentlemen’s Barber, the flagship store of the historic brand Mondial 1908, has opened last January in Florence: just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, an elegant store dedicated to male shaving and beauty treatments. The store is the first in Florence to combine traditional barbering services with the sale of entirely made-in-Tuscany shaving products collections, as well as refined shaving sets representing Mondial’s historic production, a company founded in the beginning of the century and soon asserted itself as a brand of reference for the production of hand-crafted shaving brushes. The interior design project, which is curated by ZPStudio, interprets the traditional and refined style of the brand Mondial, with specifically designed furniture that alternates the dark tones of wengé wood with the saturated blue of the brand image. Details in cast brass, floors in oiled natural oak, technical seats by Pietranera, and, in the lounge area, Betty armchairs by Maxdesign.
