MARMOMAC: the first 100% online event at VeronaFiere
Marmomac ReStart Digital Edition has been completed, confirming itself – also digital – as the international reference point for the global natural stone market. The networking and training platform, activated after the shift of the physical exhibition to 2021 due to the pandemic, hosted 4,975 users, all professionals in the sector networked from 135 countries, with 200 top-buyers invited by VeronaFiere and ICE-Agency. 210 companies took part with virtual stands, 111 of which from abroad, from 22 countries. Over 3,100 products and 840 projects were uploaded to exhibitors’ profiles.

Also in its digital version it proved to be an effective matching tool, with an average score on the quality of b2b contacts of 4.5 points out of 5“.
Also online, the exhibition area was flanked by a strong presence of contents with 158 events broadcast in streaming, including webinars, company presentations and refresher courses by Marmomac Academy for architects and designers. A total of 67 speakers took turns on the screens. The most followed market focus session was on Brazil; great interest was also shown in the in-depth analysis of the United States and China.
