ContemporaryArt Torino+Piemonte – Speciale Autunno

The appointment with the month of contemporary arts, ContemporaryArt Torino+Piemonte – Autumn Special, is back again this year but in different and innovative ways. The thirteenth edition of the exhibition, in fact, given the current health emergency, will take place in full compliance with the anti Covid-19 regulations and, considering the prescriptions of the latest DPCM, the initiatives may be subject to changes and updates.
The calendar brings together art, exhibitions, lighting, music, theatre, dance and cinema that the promoters will carry out in complete safety.

The exhibition, which has always been an example of synergy, has over time generated a true contemporary art system and, even in this particular year, it will continue to be a reference point for international contemporaneity and a distinctive feature of the City and Region.
ContemporaryArt Torino+Piemonte – Special Autumn 2020 confirms the consolidated appointments such as LUCI D’ARTISTA, ARTISSIMA, PARATISSIMA, FLASHBACK, C0C – CLUB TO CLUB 2020, TORINO FILM FESTIVAL. Some of these will experiment with new ways of enjoying them.

From 30th October to 10th January 2021 Luci d’Artista returns to its XXIII edition. The exhibition – a project of the City of Turin, born in 1998 – as an exhibition of contemporary art installations made with light en plein air in the urban space and, since 2018, it has been enriched by an educational-cultural path that promotes the meeting between the public and the works.
Every year the Lights are placed in significant places in the urban area with the aim of enhancing them and creating expectation and curiosity. Their easy accessibility and fruition, together with the qualitative improvement they bring to the urban landscape, has made the open-air exhibition a cultural event symbol of the city appreciated in Italy and abroad.
The exhibition offers a special itinerary that will allow the public to grasp the different poetic visions expressed by the works of artists who share the same attraction for light.
In this edition it will be possible to admire 26 works (including temporary and permanent installations) of which 14 in the city centre and 12 in the other Circumscriptions.
