Visionnaire: a new Space for a Contemporary Vision of Luxury

Milan welcomes the renewed Visionnaire showroom, a space that has been redesigned to best express the brand’s philosophy.

The year 2025 marks a decisive moment for Visionnaire, which continues to redefine the stylistic codes of design under the creative direction of Eleonore Cavalli, focusing on an increasingly inclusive design approach in line with contemporary markets. Participation in the Salone del Mobile in Milan represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen dialogue with international and Italian designers and stakeholders and to present an innovative collection within a stand that embodies this ongoing transformation. A distinctive element of this year’s edition is the expanded focus on highlighting individual products, which take center stage as versatile, standalone protagonists capable of seamlessly integrating into interior design projects of various scales.

ELEONORE CAVALLI, THE COMPANY’S ART DIRECTOR, SHARED WITH PLATFORM THE EVOLUTION OF VISIONNAIRE.

What are the principles behind the restyling of the Milan showroom?
Eleonore Cavalli | We wanted to create a space that reflected the soul of our brand: a sophisticated, welcoming and at the same time dynamic environment, capable of adapting to the needs of
an international clientele increasingly attentive to customisation and quality design. The new showroom is conceived as an immersive experience in which each element tells a story of craftsmanship excellence and aesthetic research. The project is inspired by the legendary journey to Agarthi, a metaphor for an exploration into hidden beauty and an ascent towards a renewed
awareness. The store is developed through a series of conceptual environments – each characterised by materials and architectural details that define its identity – distributed over three levels designed to guide the visitor along a progressive path. In addition, we want it to be a laboratory of creativity, open to leading designers such as Alessandro La Spada, who has always been at our side, Draga&Aurel, StudioPepe, Marco Piva and Mauro Lipparini, whose iconic and unprecedented creations will be the protagonists of our new course.

How does this transformation reflect the evolution of Visionnaire?
E. C. | Visionnaire is constantly evolving. We have expanded our focus, placing greater emphasis not only on the design of complete environments but also on individual products as leading protagonists. This results in greater versatility in our creations, allowing them to be seamlessly incorporated into different contexts. Additionally, our commitment to sustainability has led us to introduce innovative, responsible materials and production processes. The focal point of our stand at the Salone del Mobile will be the see-through C-Square system, designed together with architect Stefano Maria Pozzi: a recyclable aluminum partition structure that redefines space with patented light architecture. This is a revolution in the sector, featuring an innovative plug&play assembly system that eliminates the need for nails, screws, or bolts. Beyond material research, our collaboration with internationally renowned designers materializes in outstanding pieces such as Alessandro La Spada’s Babylon Rack Circle sofa, the Polaris chandelier, the Neolito bed inspired by Brutalism, and Marco Piva’s Flame seating. Our goal is to create a collection that captures the essence of our time and fosters direct engagement with the new generations of creatives and designers.

What are the next steps for Visionnaire?
E. C. | We will continue to work to find an alphabet that allows us to have effective exchanges with different referents, with the ambition of also being able to speak to the new generations. This is why Visionnaire has decided to introduce connecting elements in its collection, capable of communicating more easily and transmitting shared values with immediacy: the passion for an innovative, elegant Italian product of the highest craftsmanship, with an almost sartorial imprint, the possibility of creating bespoke solutions, and the speed and optimisation of processes. After the restyling of the Milan showroom, we are already looking ahead to the next openings in London and Shanghai, which will interpret our vision by enhancing iconic pieces for indoor and outdoor use, through an unprecedented aesthetic code expressed in materials, colours and finishes. Over the next two years, the number of global embassies will also be increased from six to ten, incisive expressions of Visionnaire’s spirit dedicated to a dynamic and direct exchange with the various design communities around the world. Collaborations with our trusted designers will continue to play a key role in this process, with collections that respond to the needs of an increasingly demanding and aware public. The new showroom in Milan represents the first step towards a future that focuses on creativity, quality and an increasingly international vision of design.
