Globant, a leader in digital transformation, has inaugurated its new Italian headquarters in the heart of the city, at Corso Como 15. The project, developed in collaboration with Agilité, aims to create an innovative and functional work environment that enhances the employee experience through cutting-edge design solutions.
A Headquarters Focused on Comfort and Flexibility
The office, located on the third floor of a building recently refurbished by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR S.p.A., spans an area of 600 square meters. The layout, based on an architectural concept by Il Prisma, combines open spaces, functional areas, and environments designed with employee well-being in mind.
The comfy and unconventional approach characterizes the entire space, featuring 100 non-assigned workstations, meeting rooms, a boardroom, a relaxation area, and even a recreational space with a bar counter, beer dispensers, and a foosball table.
Design and Technology for a Dynamic Environment
Attention to detail is evident in the choice of materials and technical solutions. To ensure maximum acoustic comfort, sound-absorbing panels have been installed on the ceiling, while gypsum board walls are padded with wool. The flooring alternates between carpet and wood-effect PVC. Additionally, soundproof phone booths have been created for calls and focused work.
Globant’s visual identity has been integrated into the design of the spaces: the walls in the chill-out area are black, adorned with lime green neon logos and slogans, reflecting the company’s colors and creating a youthful and dynamic atmosphere.
An Inclusive Space Focused on Well-Being
With employee well-being in mind, Globant has included a mother’s room, a dedicated space for new mothers, equipped with a chair and a small kitchenette, allowing them to balance work and motherhood in a comfortable and private setting.
The concept behind the project is a multifunctional office that fosters collaboration, networking, and creativity, with an atmosphere that evokes the comfort of home and encourages moments of conviviality.
A Project by Agilité
To bring the new headquarters to life, Globant partnered with Agilité, a pan-European B-Corp certified company specializing in fit-out projects for the office, retail, and hospitality sectors. With offices in several European capitals, including Paris, Milan, London, and Amsterdam, Agilité handled the development of the architectural and systems design, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
