Archventil presents MNR

Within the dynamic urban fabric of Milan, Archventil designed MNR, a refined 35 sqm apartment intended for high-end hospitality. The project represents a successful challenge against spatial limitations, transforming a small footprint into a design retreat where every centimeter is carefully planned to offer an experience of comfort and contemporary charm, meeting the expectations of a mid-to-high-end BNB market.

The intervention is based on an intelligent layout that enhances spatial perception through a thoughtful use of color. The entrance welcomes guests with a brick-colored wall—an audacious chromatic choice that acts as a visual thread, reappearing consistently in the sleeping area. Moving toward the living area, the palette shifts to softer tones of beige and taupe, which blend harmoniously with natural materials, amplifying brightness and creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.

The character of the project lies in the attention to bespoke details and the selection of outstanding brands. A custom-designed steel-framed glass partition acts as a transparent diaphragm: it separates the spaces without closing them off, ensuring visual permeability that is essential in compact interiors.

The furnishings are a carefully curated mix of accessible design icons and more refined pieces. MNR is not simply a temporary base for travelers, but an example of emotional micro-architecture.
