The green heart of Vermobil

Since 1993, Vermobil has been designing and manufacturing metal furniture and accessories specifically for outdoor use. Located in the heart of Umbria, the company has been rooted in the local tradition of craftsmanship and manufacturing for more than thirty years, while at the same time designing furniture in line with contemporary trends to meet the latest requirements in terms of design and quality.
Resistant, top-quality materials are shaped in the name of Italian-made quality, the enhancement of local resources, functionality and style. Research is focused on refinement in the combination of lines and colours, expressing the goal of enjoying the outdoors to the fullest. The love of nature is also reflected in the standards adopted to ensure fair production that respects the environment and pays attention to safety in the workplace.

Vermobil furniture is made from galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel, materials selected for their exceptional strength, durability and recyclability. The commitment to sustainability begins with the choice of raw materials: these metal alloys allow the creation of solid, long-lasting and reliable products that maintain their aesthetic and functional qualities over time, even under intense use or in outdoor environments exposed to atmospheric agents.
This attention translates into furniture that represents the excellence of Italian design and manufacturing, but also a conscious and responsible vision of the future, in which aesthetics, innovation and sustainability coexist in perfect balance.
Vermobil’s commitment to sustainability also extends to energy management: since 2025, the company has been using only electricity from renewable sources, with the clear objective of reconciling industrial growth with respect for the environment.

Collaborations with international designers such as Marcello Ziliani and Patrick Norguet have led to the creation of timeless collections such as Nina and Voléè – by the Italian designer – and Vera and Meltemi, created by Patrick Norguet.

The latter stated: “This chair is Vera, it was an “old-fashioned” chair. They don’t sell it anymore and the idea was to refresh it, to give it a makeover. Spending time observing a model in my Paris studio, I analysed the product and redesigned it, with the aim of reintroducing modernity into this classic chair”.

The process of revisiting this historic product is also exemplary of the company’s vision of reviving the traditions of the past without sacrificing contemporary technologies and materials.
With this modus operandi, Vermobil fully demonstrates its commitment to people and the planet, its roots in tradition and its focus on a sustainable future.
