Contemporary hospitality is undergoing a profound transformation. Boutique hotels, temporary residences, hybrid spaces and new forms of stay are redefining the way hospitality is designed, placing people’s well-being, the identity of places and the quality of the experience at the centre.
To explore these themes, PLATFORM Architecture and Design presents Roma Ospitale. Architectures of Hospitality between hospitality, boutique hotels and new forms of temporary living, a meeting dedicated to the role of design in shaping new models of hospitality.
Through the presentation of projects, visions and different approaches, some of the protagonists of Italian architecture will discuss the transformations taking place in the hospitality sector, exploring the relationship between space, reception, identity and the new needs of temporary living.
The event aims to offer an open reflection on how architecture and interior design are interpreting the changes in the sector: from the more intimate dimension of the boutique hotel to hybrid spaces, from temporary residences to new places of urban hospitality.
Roma Ospitale will also be an opportunity for architects, designers, interior designers and professionals in the sector to meet and exchange ideas, fostering a direct dialogue between design research, clients, the culture of living and new forms of contemporary hospitality.
The event will take place at Porcelanosa Grupo, Via Salaria 1288, Rome, at 6.30 pm.
Participation is free, with registration via Eventbrite, and will be followed by a convivial networking moment.
