Summer the YAAZ way

YAAZ is not just a furniture company, it’s a lifestyle, in which outdoor and indoor intertwine in extraordinary harmony. Attention to detail and attention to construction, the search for intelligent solutions and elegant finishes, the study of ergonomics and comfort reveal the hybrid nature of the YAAZ collections, which also harmonise perfectly in indoor environments.
YAAZ is the outdoor living brand whose creative direction is entrusted to the Italian design studio AngelettiRuzza. It was born from the Turkish company Adasan‘s 20 years of expertise in the production of contract furniture.
With a completely internalised supply chain, teak and metal are crafted by hand and with state-of-the-art machinery to create furniture collections designed for outdoor spaces to be enjoyed all year round.

Among the various collections on offer is Barla, whose sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables and coffee tables pay homage to Italian design. Two aluminium tubes that always run parallel, drawing curved lines, define the profile of the furniture and reveal the company’s high manufacturing skills. This technically complex structure is finished in the seats with a weave of ropes, with a large thickness, which becomes decoration and restores comfort. The roundness of the lines returns on the tables and coffee tables.

Teak is the protagonist of the Uz collection designed by AngelettiRuzza for YAAZ, which stems from a study on the geometric shape of the cylinder. Chairs, armchairs, sofas, chaise longue and daybed accommodate soft cushions in natural colours that invite relaxation. The collection is completed by coffee tables and a table that has already received two major awards, the IF DESIGN AWARD 2023 and the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2024, for its innovative leg opening and closing system.

Ova, finally, is a modular seating system in which simple elegance and maximum comfort are interwoven in each element of the collection, which plays on the visual strength of the backrests: the overlapping of different textures and the juxtaposition of elements of different heights give the idea of a stylised urban landscape and also make the back of each piece of furniture important, so that they can also be positioned in the centre of the space. With an essential aluminium structure, the seats are embellished with rope weavings and deep cushions covered with refined fabrics.

The design emphasises the extreme quality of materials and workmanship through a refined, contemporary aesthetic that promotes well-being, conviviality and a deep connection with nature. The collections are created with a view to sustainability, which translates into a conscious selection of raw materials, experimentation with recycled fabrics and a solar-powered production hub.
