Minimal villa along the Riviera del Brenta

The project by MIDE architects envisages the construction of a new single-family residential building on one level.
The position of the building exploits the full potential of the plot: the dwelling creates privacy and protection for the most intimate rooms and opens up towards the large private garden.

The form of the dwelling is generated by the union between the functional layout of the interior rooms and their best exposure: this creates two outdoor areas with specific use and function, the southern porch area with large windows towards the countryside and the northern area closed and impermeable towards the street.

In the north-east area are the service rooms such as the garage, laundry and bathroom, while to the west the living area, consisting of the kitchen and living room, extends outside thanks to the presence of a porch area.

To the east are the bedrooms with their bathrooms and walk-in wardrobe. The generous master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, takes light from a large south-facing window, allowing an impressive view of the park.

The conformation of the building allows direct communication of the interior spaces with the exterior, allowing the space to expand both physically, through the portico, and visually, through the large windows.
