I Ching by Tubes

Elisa Ossino designs for Tubes I Ching, the new electric towel warmer with low voltage (24 VOLT) in 304L stainless steel. The low voltage operation makes the product unique and allows it to be placed safely in volume 1 of the bathroom, close to the water. The I Ching therefore finds a place in a walk-in shower or over a bathtub, in the wet rooms of SPA areas or the bathroom cabins of yachts. Comfort is at the heart of the concept of this new Tubes product: every detail is designed to offer a safe well-being, creating a cosy bathroom environment even in summer, when in the presence of devices such as air conditioning I Ching prevents towels from remaining damp with the inevitable unpleasant sensation to the touch.

The comfortable soul coexists in I Ching with an elegance of form, revealing the designer’s and company’s commitment to timeless style and quality that stands the test of time. With the attention to detail of a jewel, I Ching reduces bulk and thickness to a minimum to achieve a radical simplification of form without any visible seams. This new towel warmer is available in the 140 RAL shades in the Tubes palette, making it possible to create colour combinations in dialogue with the room and walls or contrasting plays, embracing different styles from the most sober to the boldest. The wide range of metallic finishes in which it is offered, no less than 13 in total including polished, satin, brushed and matt, gives the designer the flexibility to easily coordinate the element with other bathroom components such as taps. In the 53 and 63 cm versions, the towel can also be positioned particularly comfortably by inserting it from the side.
