Architectural Scenarios

On the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2024, Valcucine presented the group exhibition “Architectural Scenarios” at its Milan showroom, setting itself the objective of re-imagining the conviviality environment par excellence, in line with the design philosophy and values of the brand.
The challenge proposed to three renowned international architecture and interior design studios – ARRCC, i29 and Neri&Hu – to reinterpret the kitchens designed by Gabriele Centazzo, designer and founder of Valcucine. A tangible testimony of the brand’s commitment to combining creative talent, eclectic design, technical expertise, technological innovation and respect for the environment.
This creative triptych has given rise to unique domestic scenarios, bringing into dialogue Valcucine’s compositional flexibility with different architectural styles, cultures and sensibilities: the holistic and customised design of i29, the eclectic and artistic character of ARRCC and the interdisciplinary approach of Neri&Hu, which explores the duality between Chinese tradition and modernity.

Architectural Scenarios represents an alternative approach to corporate identity: the new showrooms to be inaugurated in Dubai, Beijing and Barcelona are already inspired by this modus operandi, the result of close collaboration between dealers and local architectural firms to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but also harmonious and consistent with their context.

With Architectural Scenarios, the brand celebrates the integration of its collections with the architectural context that hosts them, emphasising a key concept: designing a kitchen also means designing its dialogue with its surroundings. This new approach represents the latest stage of a path that has seen Valcucine intensify its commitment towards the world of architecture, promoting a profound synergy between design and living space.
