The idea was to break with tradition, eliminating every superfluous element to make way for transparency and visual lightness. The result is a refined balance between aesthetics and technical innovation, made possible by a fundamental detail: an extremely slim upper profile, just 17 millimetres thick. This solution is not merely a stylistic choice, but a genuine functional advancement, capable of offering almost full step-in height and elevating the showering experience to unprecedented levels of comfort and freedom.
Over time, the range has evolved whilst maintaining the integrity of its original design and expanding its potential uses. Zen embodies the essence of minimalism, with clean lines and a strong verticality emphasised by a linear handle that defines its character. Alongside this version, Zen Plus broadens the possibilities, adapting to more spacious environments without compromising on elegance. Solutions designed for large niches and corners, together with more textured materials, make it particularly suitable for contract settings and high-end hotels. With Zen XL, on the other hand, we reach the pinnacle of our research, where technology and aesthetics merge: thicker glass, greater sturdiness and the introduction of the soft-closing system ensure a smooth and silent closure, ideal for spacious shower environments.
Completing the design is a rich variety of finishes that showcase Megius’s full range of craftsmanship. The finishes are not limited to classic polished chrome or matt black, but extend to more sophisticated shades such as satin rose gold, brushed bronze, copper and graphite.
