The architectural studio Monticelli Interior Designer completes a renovation of an Art Nouveau villa, strategically located in the hills of Brescia, which boasts a magnificent panoramic view of the entire city.
The space is spread over four floors plus the turret.
Each level is dedicated to a defined function, tailored to the needs of each person in the family and the desire to share space with friends.
The white wooden panelling serves as a precious backdrop to the artwork and touches of colour.
The “monolithic” style of the kitchen in steel, wood and marble, and the advanced technological solutions, skilfully combined with the classicism of the French-inspired stuccoes and boiserie, create an environment rich in comfort and style.
On the lower level is a large fitness area with gym, swimming pool with counter-current swimming, Turkish bath and relaxation area: a perfect island in the green.
