Villa Dianthus

Today, building, renovating, extending a dwelling in Milan means responding to needs that did not exist until a few years ago.
With this project, the architecture studio RoccAtelier Associati speaks of the transformation of an existing small villa into an urban villa, in which six dwellings are set up that cannot be considered real flats, but rather nests set in a tree of wood and reinforced concrete.
Each nest has its own peculiarity: a green space, a large balcony, a green roof or even a duplex space over the living room, which is actually the space for gamers.

A class A wooden structure overlapping a reinforced concrete one to meet the needs of young families, in which the dining room is replaced by the office space and the bedroom is left in the background, to give priority to an extra room to cultivate the owners’ hobbies or perhaps to host visiting friends.
A project designed for a new way of living and dwelling.
