On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2025, TUBES has been selected to participate in two important curatorial projects: the new exhibition “DEORON – elevating objects” and the installation ‘Aria. A medium for connection‘, signed by Studiopepe for Archiproducts. Two immersive experiences that, through different languages, enhance the narrative power of objects and their relationship with the environment.
On these occasions, TUBES presented a preview of the new galvanic finishes of DOTS., the heat accessory designed by Ludovica Serafini+Roberto Palomba. Launched last year in a palette of 140 colours, DOTS. is now enriched with four refined metallic variants: Satin Chrome, Matt Black Nickel, Matt Brushed Tin and Matt Brass, designed for a harmonious dialogue with bathroom elements such as taps and fittings and accessories.
MILANO/totalcolour chosen for ‘DEORON – elevating objects’
The MILANO/totalcolour radiator by TUBES has been selected by the DEORON curatorial platform to become part of the group exhibition ‘DEORON – elevating objects’, staged in via Paolo Frisi 3, in the heart of the Porta Venezia Design District. The exhibition succeeded in transforming the digital vision of the platform into a physical and concrete experience, celebrating design quality beyond any label or notoriety.
With a radically inclusive approach, DEORON focuses on the essence of objects – whether industrial or handcrafted – enhancing their originality and expressive power. In this context, the MILANO/totalcolour model – designed by Antonia Astori and Nicola de Ponti – was chosen for its sculptural nature, capable of merging aesthetics and technology in a single design gesture. Created in 2006, MILANO marked a turning point in the brand’s history, redefining the very idea of the radiator.
In the exhibition, a triptych of MILANO/totalcolour in the finish Copper Brown Wrinkled (RAL 8004) offered the public an immersive experience enriched by a sophisticated audio system, which amplified spatial perception through music, creating an emotional and multisensory environment.
DOTS. starred in ‘Aria. A medium for connection‘ by Studiopepe for Archiproducts
Also in 2025, TUBES confirmed its presence in the exhibition space of Archiproducts Milano, which for Design Week hosted the installation ’Aria. A medium for connection”, curated by Studiopepe. A poetic and sensorial installation that transforms the element air into a visual and tactile language, thanks to plays of light, iridescent materials and rarefied atmospheres.
Within this evocative context, TUBES presented DOTS. in the new matt nickel-black galvanic finish, alongside other iconic products of the brand such as DOTS. in greyish white (RAL 9002), the towel warmer Scaletta, designed by Elisa Giovannoni, in glossy pearl white (RAL 1013), T.B.T. base, also by Ludovica Serafini+Roberto Palomba, in shiny chrome, and the MILANO/totalcolour radiator in shiny pink (RAL 3015) and shiny pearl white (RAL 1013)
This selection has succeeded in testifying to the variety, refinement and evolutionary identity of the brand, which has always been capable of combining technological innovation and aesthetic sensitivity.
