Studio Latino designs TN7

Studio Latino, founded by Irene Nocerino and Matteo Lattuada, consolidates its design research with TN7, a residential project in Monza that embodies the studio’s vision: an approach intertwining architecture, interior design, and influences from related fields such as art and fashion.

The apartment, located in a recently built complex, underwent a complete transformation aimed at redefining its internal layout. The new spatial arrangement clearly separates the living area from the sleeping quarters, facilitating functional circulation and enhancing connections to the outdoors.

At the core of the project lies the material definition: curved wooden volumes generate rhythm and continuity, in dialogue with light herringbone parquet flooring. Marble and stone surfaces add a sculptural quality, while textile furnishings in natural tones introduce comfort and harmony. Every element was custom-designed—from integrated wardrobes to lighting solutions—contributing to visual clarity and overall elegance.

In the night area, stronger accents emerge: a blue lacquered boiserie with brass niches and two pendant lights by Davide Groppi, mirrored volumes for the walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom entirely clad in verde alpi marble, reinforcing the project’s distinctive character.
