Showall by Gruppo Romani

Showall is a tribute to the art of scenography through porcelain stoneware surfaces that become design and furnishing elements, synergic with the definition of a living style that is always unique and original. Threedimensional structures, elegant geometric motifs, supple natural patterns and iridescent patterns inspired by fabrics make up a wide range of wall coverings characterised by modular and continuous graphics.

For the large Showall Palme and Plain slabs, Gruppo Romani collaborated with Matteo Macchiavelli, an Italian designer and artist who says: ‘There is one thing I have always loved about art: its ability to transform any surface into a story. When I started working on this project, I did not want to simply create something beautiful, but to give shape to a sensory experience. Something that could be touched, experienced, become part of the space‘.

Palms and Plain stem from memories of Florida, of Miami, and translate into texture the evocative images of Art Deco architecture, neon light on wet asphalt and palm trees moving in the wind. The slabs are not merely the reproduction of an image, but become furnishing objects capable of conveying the energy of a suggestion and the vibrations of a sharp memory.
In order to enhance and best valorise each Showall subject, the project has evolved in the size range, progressively broadening its application horizon in the residential, hospitality and retail worlds. Alongside the now classic regular 60×120 cm, there are the large 120×280 cm slab and the smaller 60×60 and 20×20 cm version, the latter reserved for articles containing
precious metals. Made in porcelain stoneware, the Showall tiles by Gruppo Romani offer all the advantages of high quality ceramic materials, from resistance to practicality of use, and allow infinite combinations with the floor and wall tile collections produced by the Group’s brands.
