SDR presents its design program, made of solid surface, used for the first time on the sanitaryware market and combinable with the products of the ceramic collections.
The proposal includes Revolution® sanitary ware, washbasins, bathtubs, Enigma shower tray and Solido® furniture.
The real peculiarity of the Revolution® collection are the sanitaryware, born from the creativity of the designer Luca Papini who, with the complicity of SDR, has designed a new concept of sanitaryware, never seen before.
“When we got together with Luca we had an urgency: to give shape to our fantasies, to experiment on materials and shapes. Revolution® was a real challenge, in terms of producing a Solid Surface sanitary ware coupled with ceramics” Roberto Basso, Sales Director of SDR.
Revolution® is characterized by its design and its perfect surfaces, without any irregularity and without porosity for a unique formal cleanliness, impossible to achieve with ceramic sanitary ware.
For the production of the sanitary ware, SDR Ceramiche has developed a sophisticated industrial technique that guarantees the perfect coupling between the body (in Livin–Stone®) and the internal part (in ceramic).
Livin-Stone® is a material designed to meet the highest standards of technological quality and environmental impact.
Revolution® is in fact eco-compatible, recyclable and antibacterial and has passed all the technical tests of mechanical resistance necessary to ensure the same reliability and safety of traditional products.
The sanitary fixtures of the Revolution® collection have a recyclability coefficient unequalled by sanitary fixtures made entirely of ceramic. The toilet bowl is, in fact, 75% recyclable and saves over 70% of fuel energy in its production, while the bidet is 100% recyclable.
