PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING collaborated with the De Romein Group, a specialist in the construction of pipes and cables for civil engineering, in the realisation of its new headquarters in Veendam. The Group chose an attractive design with an industrial flavour for the interior of the building.
PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING was responsible for the entire lighting design: with the help of the LIGHT-PERFORMER® software, it designed ad-hoc configurations of the SL764+ continuous-row suspension luminaire for offices and representative areas. DL ROUND MAXI ceiling recessed luminaires with glare-free radial louvre reflectors were installed in the islands above the workstations.
In the canteen area, three-phase OTR tracks were installed in combination with AS425 spotlights, the toilets are illuminated with MANGO+ MIDI ceiling recessed luminaires, and DLSB150 downlights were chosen for the ceiling above.
The workshop and storage area were also the subject of work, and the lighting design included NORMA+ weatherproof ceiling lights and LAMA+ industrial pendants.
The client wanted different lighting effects to be realised in the outdoor areas, which is why PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING opted for the installation of various luminaires, such as MIMIK 10 POST poles, which illuminate the pavement at the front of the building, and THEOS GLASS MINI luminaires, which, installed on poles, illuminate the car park.
The entire lighting supply was installed by D&W Elektrotechniek of Veendam and delivered via Rexel Groningen.
