Montecarlo is the new collection of taps and shower systems designed by Andrea Zani in collaboration with the Palazzani.eu style department. The line is the result of a complex design study based on the absence of superfluous formal elements, giving rise to a special aesthetic with essential lines characterised by the purity of its features.
The chrome plating of the Montecarlo collection is carried out, as for all the company’s other products, through state-of-the-art galvanic processes of trivalent chromium plating (zero chrome), totally free of harmful substances, which have completely replaced processes that are potentially harmful to humans, such as hexavalent chromium plating.
The painstaking chromatic research of the finishes (with thicknesses down to 20 microns) and the very wide range of components in the catalogue allow any space dedicated to daily well-being to be furnished in a completely coordinated manner, from a private home to a large hotel, but also public spaces and buildings.
The finishes available for Montecarlo (polished nickel, brushed steel, polished and brushed dark nickel, polished gold, brushed brass, polished and brushed rose gold, polished and brushed champagne gold and brushed copper-plated bronze) are made with the innovative PVD COLOR TECHNOLOGY_PALAZZANI: the special light-fastening finish that, applied after chrome-plating, gives the products not only superior aesthetic value but also exceptional surface hardness with high resistance performance.
High resistance finishes painted with graphite, such as matt dark nickel, matt black and matt white, complete the chromatic offer. Aesthetic homogeneity for all these finishes is guaranteed by the use of proprietary machinery fully managed by highly specialised in-house personnel, while internal corrosion tests (in neutral salt spray) and climatic tests from -40 °C to + 180 °C carried out in-house with specific machinery guarantee quality.
