Nodo Italia and Antonio Marras at Fuorisalone

As part of Fuorisalone, Nodo Italia is taking part in the NonostanteMarras space with a project born out of a dialogue with Antonio Marras. The immersive installation conceived by the designer, *PicNic a Le Vasche di Ciu’ Peppì*, constructs a visual and sensory narrative that blends fashion, design and memory, powerfully evoking the identity of Sardinia. The exhibition layout evokes a coastal landscape, where the dazzling light, the salty breeze and the colours of Mediterranean vegetation translate into material and colour choices that permeate every element of the installation, restoring a balance between nature and design.

Within this setting, a contemporary vision of outdoor living takes shape, in which the outdoor space becomes a place for socialising and tranquillity. The collections born from the collaboration between Marras and Nodo Italia move seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, offering rattan seating, folding furniture, textiles and accessories that suggest an idea of spontaneous and informal comfort. The materials and forms seem to blend into the landscape as natural elements, thanks in part to the use of Olyna™ yarn, developed to combine durability, sustainability and elegance. The woven surfaces, neutral tones and textured finishes help to create a harmonious atmosphere in which furniture and surroundings interact seamlessly.

The overall atmosphere is light and immersive, almost suspended, as if every element were part of a temporary natural setting, capable of transforming the space into a place for gathering and socialising. This synergy between fashion and design, which has been ongoing for three years, finds one of its most evocative expressions at Milan Design Week 2026, confirming the project’s narrative power.

Within the same space, a collaboration involving Jacuzzi, Nodo Italia and Antonio Marras also takes shape, introducing a new interpretation of outdoor well-being. The Skylounge® tub is presented with a technical fabric covering developed to expand design possibilities, blending furniture, architecture and function. The textile panels made with Olyna® yarns offer high performance in terms of resistance to external elements, whilst maintaining a soft and welcoming tactile quality. These are certified materials designed for exposed environments, capable of combining aesthetics and practicality.

Alongside the more classic colour options, a special edition designed by Marras and Nodo Italia is available, which explores the expressive potential of surfaces through distinctive patterns. From a technical perspective, the tub retains the brand’s advanced features, including state-of-the-art filtration systems, automatic heating and customised hydromassage solutions, as well as underwater lighting that enhances the sensory experience. Its compact dimensions and internal layout make the product suitable for domestic spaces such as terraces, reinforcing the idea of accessible well-being integrated into everyday life.
