Modulnova Redefines the Kitchen with the New Art System: Aesthetic and Materials in Harmony

Innovation, design, and materiality come together in Modulnova‘s new project, unveiling the Art kitchen system at the 2025 Milan Design Week. This creation stands out for its perfect blend of rationalism and artisanal sensitivity, emphasizing the use of premium materials and innovative craftsmanship.

The kitchen becomes a sensory space where every element is designed to create harmony between aesthetics and functionality. Modulnova’s new system leverages the purity of forms to highlight the materials: the standout feature is Appennino Stoneware, developed exclusively for the company, which faithfully replicates marble and is paired with the natural warmth of oiled Classic Walnut.

One of the most distinctive elements of the project is the Fold door, featuring folding craftsmanship with a 30° inclination and a thickness of 3 cm. This detail creates a refined visual effect, emphasizing the material continuity between surfaces. The island, with its substantial 10 cm thick top and 45° joints, accentuates the concept of a sculptural monolith.

Art also introduces an innovative display cabinet program, called Glass: smoked glass doors with an Antracite Dust frame that disappear from view, creating an effect of absolute lightness and transparency. The interior of the cabinets reflects Modulnova’s typical attention to detail, with structures in Classic Walnut and suspended shelves in Appennino Stoneware, enhanced by integrated lighting.

With the Art project, Modulnova reaffirms its role as an innovator in the design furniture sector, pushing the boundaries of creativity with sophisticated design solutions and top-quality materials. Every detail is carefully studied to enhance the quality of craftsmanship, meeting the needs of those seeking a refined and contemporary home environment.
