Sustainability, digitalization, safety and artificial intelligence are the key themes of the 2025 edition of MIBA – Milan International Building Alliance, the event that from 19 to 22 November 2025 will bring together at Fiera Milano the four exhibitions dedicated to the world of construction: GEE – Global Elevator Exhibition, MADE expo, SBE – Smart Building Expo and SICUREZZA. Eight halls, over 1,250 companies from 38 countries and more than 100 events will showcase an integrated system where materials, technologies and expertise converge to shape the future of building.
At the heart of the event is the new MIBA Observatory, created by the Politecnico di Milano, which analyzes the opportunities offered by the New European Bauhaus over the 2025–2027 period. According to the study, NEB projects will mobilize more than 20 billion euros in Europe, including 2.5 billion in Italy, generating a multiplier effect on investments in sustainable architecture, digitalization of the built environment, internal mobility and security.

The four souls of MIBA reflect the evolution of the sector:
GEE – Global Elevator Exhibition (19–21 November) confirms itself as the international hub for vertical and horizontal mobility, with over 100 exhibitors and a focus on safety, sustainability and predictive maintenance.
MADE expo (19–22 November) represents Italy’s leading event dedicated to construction and architecture, featuring 650 companies and key topics such as innovative materials, AI and sustainable design.
SBE – Smart Building Expo (19–21 November) explores the twin transition of the built environment, between decarbonization, smart cities and technological integration, with 140 exhibitors and a rich program of workshops.
SICUREZZA (19–21 November) brings together 340 exhibitors and addresses the challenges of security & fire, with a focus on cyber protection, customization and new skills.
