Andrea Zani has designed Industrial Gas, Palazzani‘s new collection of taps and fittings and shower systems, visually distinguished by the discontinuity of the shapes and engraved textures. The line combines the aesthetic cut of ancient manufacturing with the most modern and advanced technologies of industrial metal working and finishing, introducing a new aesthetic language in the contemporary bathroom, definitely inspired by the strength and delicate details of the “industrial” world.
Industrial Gas adapts to any type of project thanks to the careful colour research of the finishes (with thicknesses down to 20 microns) and the very wide range of components in the catalogue,
which allow for coordinated furnishing of bathroom environments. The colours in the collection are made using Palazzani’s innovative PVD Color Technology, a special light-fastening finish which, applied after chrome-plating, gives the products not only a better aesthetic appearance but also greater resistance. High-resistance finishes painted with graphite, such as matt dark nickel, matt black and matt white, complete the chromatic offer.
The chromium plating of the Industrial Gas collection is carried out, as for all the company’s other products, through state-of-the-art galvanic processes of trivalent chromium plating (zero chromium), totally free of harmful substances, which have completely replaced processes that are potentially harmful to humans, such as hexavalent chromium plating.
