Hommage. Architecture as a form of dialogue

At the Galerie d’Architecture in Paris, the exhibition-event entitled ‘Hommage. Architecture as a form of dialogue’, curated by Luca Molinari Studio. The event focuses on nine significant architectural works by the Italian studio Archea / Marco Casamonti, narrated through the voice and direct experience of the clients.

Hommage has in its originality the desire to put the clients at the centre, not only enhancing the architectural works on display, but creating a condition in which the dialogue between the architect and the client is amplified, emphasising the importance of open and sincere communication in the creative process.
Studio Archea – by now one of Italy’s most internationally renowned design studios with offices in Italy, China, Brazil, the Arab Emirates and Paris – has created a series of iconic works, which are analysed in the exhibition from the point of view of dialogue with clients and places. This perspective makes the exhibition unique and casts a different glance at the all-Italian sensibility of listening to different places, traditions and patrons.
Through the original video interviews made between Asia and Europe, produced by photographer Pietro Savorelli, the public will be able to discover how the vision of clients can be transformed into architecture that responds to the needs of communities and territories.

Luca Molinari ‘s sensitivity in curating this exhibition allows us to explore the value of relationships and human interaction, fundamental for the creation of spaces that not only respond to practical needs, but also reflect the identity and culture of places.
Molinari is not just a curator, but a cultural mediator who manages to grasp and translate the complexities of the relationships between architects and clients.
Luca Molinari’s thinking is distinguished by his extraordinary ability to read and interpret emerging trends in the architectural landscape. His vision goes beyond the mere presentation of works, it is an act of anticipation that invites us to reflect on how architecture can respond to the challenges of the future.
