Élitis 2026 Novelties: Textures of light and matter

At Paris Déco Off, Élitis presented its new products for 2026 with a comprehensive range that includes two new wallpapers, three wall coverings and five fabric collections – one of which is dedicated to outdoor use – and a brand new line of accessories for interiors and exteriors. The research on wall coverings focuses on the material and its ability to interact with light, which passes through the surfaces, enhancing their textures and giving the wall a lively and dynamic presence.

Among the wall coverings, Écume offers a scenographic composition of plaster sea shells, creating continuous reflections; Origine interprets Japanese aesthetics through raffia, linen and wool, enhancing their irregularities and tactile qualities; Pamir unfolds like a precious drape, suspended between work of art and textile manufacturing. The new wallpapers expand this exploration of materials: Lanzarote transforms stone into a fluid and changeable surface, while Madagascar Arrowroot Raw Raffia, inspired by the landscapes of the Marquesas Islands, combines fine straw and woven raffia to create vibrant surfaces, animated by natural opacity and luminous reflections.

The textile proposal intertwines culture, craftsmanship and contemporaneity. Kanako interprets velvet in a discreetly luxurious key; Onochimi celebrates craftsmanship through embroidery, weaving and patchwork inspired by Japan; Hiroko plays with geometric patterns and large-scale designs; Moderna combines graphic rigour and tactile softness with a palette of neutral tones; Anthologie, entirely dedicated to linen, expresses an essential, authentic and material elegance. The accessories line is born from the encounter between Parisian Rive Gauche and Japanese aesthetics, with textured rugs featuring sculpted lines and natural colours, inspired by the artistic suggestions of Chiharu Shiota. Finally, the outdoor range looks to Mallorca and its Mediterranean light.

The rugs evoke the dunes of Es Trenc with sinuous patterns and warm tones, while the new outdoor cushions recall the vegetation of the Serra de Tramuntana and the rocks of hidden coves. The palette combines sand, ochre, natural greens and accents of navy blue and graphic black, creating a collection that blends design and nature, capturing the essence of the Balearic summer.
