Novembre Studio realises the interior design of the Foscarin Ferro Pharmacy, located at the Health Centre in Mestrino, creating an innovative space that integrates design and technology, creating a place that places the individual and his wellbeing at the centre.
No longer just a place to dispense medicines, but an environment that embraces personalised care and counselling, in an atmosphere that stimulates a feeling of welcome and care for the individual.
The interior of the pharmacy recalls the symmetry of Italian gardens, with a layout developed around a central core: circular and concentric displays draw fluid and orderly paths, while shelves, rising to the ceiling, highlight the products in an elegant and dynamic context.
At the centre of the space is a marble bust designed by Fabio Novembre for Citco Design, a sculptural display representing the focus of the project, a tribute to the centrality of the human being.
The arches, reinterpreted in a contemporary key, are a characteristic element of the perimeter, in which glass shelves dedicated to the display of products are inserted. Large windows welcome natural light, while relaxation areas, furnished with Fabio Novembre’s iconic Nemo armchairs, provide a private and comfortable space for customers. The main counter, with a futuristic and technological design, integrates curved monitors for displaying multimedia content, offering an interactive experience for customers. In addition, the automated product handling system, located in the basement, ensures efficient and fast service.
Next to the counter, a dedicated children’s area allows the little ones to spend time and play while their parents receive advice or assistance, thus reinforcing the idea of a space that takes care of the whole family.
There are also free standing stations in line with the imagery of the space, dedicated to individual activities, as well as a series of back offices for visits and functions requiring more privacy. The colour palette, dominated by tones of white and light blue, evokes a sense of cleanliness, serenity and well-being, perfectly in line with the site’s mission.
