From 8th to 10th April 2025, on the occasion of Milan Design Week, Bang & Olufsen opens the doors of its brand new space in Corso Matteotti, in the vibrant heart of the city, to host Bespoke Design Dialogues: a cycle of three mornings of reflection, inspiration and comparison on the future of luxury through the lens of extreme customisation.
Curated in collaboration with Platform Architecture and Design, the project aims to be a true platform for dialogue between some of the most authoritative voices on the international architecture, design and creativity scene. An opportunity to focus on an increasingly crucial theme for the design world: customisation not only as an aesthetic choice, but as a cultural language, identity expression and sensory experience.
In an era dominated by standardisation and mass production, the real difference lies in uniqueness. And this uniqueness passes through design, made to measure, made of details, carefully chosen materials, craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Extreme customisation is no longer a luxury for the few, but a new grammar of value. A concrete and profound response to an increasingly widespread need for authenticity and emotional connection with the objects that surround us.
With Bespoke Design Dialogues, Bang & Olufsen turns the spotlight on this radical and innovative vision of luxury, bringing together architects, designers and design thinkers who, with their experience, are helping to rewrite the boundaries of contemporary design.
