AVE multisocket: 4 types of sockets in just 3 modules

AVE presents an innovative multi-socket monoblock, which with reduced overall dimensions allows to integrate even in the traditional three-module flush-mounting box for civil series up to 4 combinations: a 2-pin socket, a schuko socket, a USB type A socket and a USB type C socket.

This is an important innovation patented by Ave (Ave Patent no. 254), a solution in line with the contemporary evolution of living because it combines in a single device the 4 different types of power and recharging sockets most commonly used today, adapting to a variety of use and installation solutions.

Currently 92% of existing installations are covered by three-module boxes: the solution proposed by AVE can therefore be installed almost anywhere, even without the need for masonry work. Thanks to the universality of System 44, AVE’s multi-socket block can be installed in all S44 and Smart44 3-, 4- and 7-module housings, and can also be inserted in self-supporting wall boxes and universal boxes. The MultiSocket can also be installed in System 45, thanks to the compatible bracket, without having to replace the finish plate.

Another significant advantage is fast installation, requiring a single wire to connect the device and implement up to 4 combinations at the point-socket. This halves the operation and working time required compared to the ‘classic’ installation of sockets in sequence, doubling the productivity of professionals.

Compared to solutions with side-by-side sockets, the device presented by AVE also ensures a better visual impact, eliminating the spaces between sockets and significantly refining the aesthetics of the socket-outlet point. The multi-socket monoblock is available in two versions, with and without USB, both in Domus 100 white and Tekla 44 matt black. The supply voltage of the device is 250V ~, rated current 16A total. The USB A/C sockets offer a 5V output voltage with a maximum output load of 3A.

The new AVE multisocket is therefore a device that meets the needs of modern electrical systems, combining innovation, versatility, aesthetics, ease and speed of installation.
