In Milan, l.a.barassi architettura has designed the new headquarters of Previp, shaping a project that translates the company’s evolving identity into a clear, contemporary architectural language deeply oriented toward people’s well-being. The intervention stems from the need to create environments capable of expressing a dynamic and transparent organization while maintaining a high level of functionality for operational teams.
The chromatic concept reinterprets the institutional colors—cyan and orange—transforming them into warmer, more material tones that integrate harmoniously with the architectural elements and furnishings. This renewed palette becomes the guiding thread that runs through the interior, contributing to a more welcoming corporate image.
At the heart of collective activities is the large 16-seat meeting room, a strategic space that serves as a hub for decision-making and dialogue. Even the connective spaces take on a significant design role: the long main corridor, potentially perceived as a simple passageway, is articulated through chromatic blocks that define the visual rhythm.
The selection of furnishings reflects a sustainable approach. High-quality metal elements are combined with repurposed items integrated into the design. Completing the atmosphere are artworks by Guido Scarabottolo, from the gallery “L’affiche”, which add lightness and an authorial touch to the interiors. The lighting system further enhances the spatial quality, balancing technical illumination with a warm, diffused glow.
Materials, light and color converge in a project that aims to build identity through the everyday experience of space. The new Previp headquarters is not merely a workplace, but an environment that embodies the company’s evolving vision, grounded in innovation, well-being and meaningful relationships.
