In the Brickell financial district, the interior design of 830 Brickell introduces a sophisticated and immersive vision of the contemporary workplace. Designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini for Iosa Ghini Associati, the project interprets the building’s architecture—designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture—translating its forward-looking language into a coherent and dynamic narrative.
With over 56,000 square meters distributed across 55 floors, the tower redefines Miami’s skyline, establishing itself as a landmark that combines innovation, representational quality, and prestige. The dialogue between architecture and interiors is based on a calibrated balance of light, texture, and Italian craftsmanship, elevating the spatial experience into a fluid continuum.
The lobby, expansive and monumental, stands as a powerful architectural statement. A sculptural wall of convex wooden slats introduces rhythm and depth, while veined white marble flooring interacts with darker lateral surfaces, generating a refined system of contrasts. Light -articulated through suspended elements, spotlights, and a vertical luminous column – orchestrates the visitors’ path, amplifying the perception of verticality within the double-height space.
Located on the upper floors, the approximately 500-square-meter sky lobby is conceived as a hospitality-oriented environment. Marble floors, wooden slatted partitions, and integrated lighting systems ensure visual continuity and comfort. Seating configurations accommodate both informal breaks and business meetings, all immersed in natural light filtering through full-height glazing overlooking Brickell.
The fitness center surpasses the traditional notion of a gym to embrace a holistic idea of well-being.
The conference center adopts a language consistent with the entire building: elegance, precision, and attention to detail. A central corridor clad in fine wood structures the spaces, while bespoke furnishings and refined finishes define a welcoming professional setting. The meeting rooms open onto panoramic skyline views, while the adjacent lounge becomes a place for informal encounters and networking.
