Porta Pamphili

The construction site of Porta Pamphili in Rome, a residential project signed by Vittorio Grassi Architects, has started.
This prestigious urban redevelopment project will revitalise a portion of the city with modern services and spaces, outlining a new residential dimension in Rome that will be an integral part of an innovative community.
The project is managed by Savills Investment Management SGR SpA, as manager of the RTC Italy Fund, with Lumi Asset Management srl as advisor.

The complex is located in the Municipio XII of the municipality of Rome, in a semi-central area. The lot in which the building is located borders to the south a large park that is part of the Valle dei Casali.
The strategic position in which it is located allows easy connection with the city, but at the same time ensures disconnection from the stress and frenetic pace of urban life.
The project promotes smart and sustainable mobility and encourages a greener and more functional approach to moving and living in the city.

From an architectural point of view, the residential complex consists of an elevated structure of eight floors above ground, overlooking the large Valle dei Casali park, and two underground levels intended for private parking with access via ramps from street level.
The wide range of housing options includes a total of 154 flats, from studios to spacious four-room apartments.
Thanks to the collaboration with the design platform Milano Contract District, each unit offers the excellence of the sector’s best brands and fine finishes.
Each of the 12 ground floor apartments has a private garden, the 6 duplexes on the 7th floor have access to private roof terraces, and the remaining ones boast large loggias from which to admire the beauty of the surrounding natural and artistic landscape.
The two equipped condominium roof terraces are accessible to all condominiums.

The outdoor areas host a conciergerie, a garden with an outdoor condominium pool, and a large children’s play area.
On the ground floor are the entrances to the four stairwells and services for condominium use: a gymnasium, an area dedicated to pets, a playroom, a co-working area and an area for families and children.
The project places the family at the centre, recognising the importance of dedicated and safe spaces where children can play, learn and grow close to home. At the centre of the complex is an innovative school complex housing a nursery school for 60 children and a kindergarten divided into three sections. The classrooms, designed to make the most of the morning light, look out over the Reserve’s woodland.

“In recent years, the way of living in the house has definitely changed. Today, rooms that are more generous in size, bright, facing the outdoors and with space for outdoor living are no longer a luxury, but a necessity. […] In the Porta Pamphili project we have developed an even more evolved model, we wanted to build a new community. Through the many well-equipped spaces available to the apartment blocks, a kindergarten and a school also dedicated to the local community, we want to make people rediscover the pleasure of living social relationships in a unique natural landscape,’ says Vittorio Grassi, Founder of VGA Vittorio Grassi Architects.
