At an altitude of 1,600 metres, at the foot of the Presolana massif and Monte Ferrante, Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 Hotels is immersed in the landscape of the Orobie Alps Park as a destination dedicated to hospitality, sport and wellbeing. Set within the ski area, the property includes a restaurant, bar, refreshment area, spa and conference room, creating an experience that balances outdoor activities with moments of relaxation in a contemporary and informal atmosphere.
Designed by Milan-based studio P2A Design, the project is the result of a radical renovation and reinterprets Alpine architecture through an essential and measured approach. Orobie stone, larch and oak define the architectural language, while inside, the warmth of wood is combined with satin-finished steel, lacquered surfaces and deeper tones. Mirrors and reflective materials amplify the presence of the surrounding landscape and natural light, establishing a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors. A curated selection of works by international artists further accompanies guests throughout the spaces.
Within this setting, Pedrali collections furnish both the interiors and outdoor areas. On the large terrace carved into the slope, Coney side chairs and lounge armchairs by Mandelli Pagliarulo, distinguished by their clean lines and visual lightness, are paired with Inox and Quadra tables, creating a flexible space open to the surrounding landscape.
In the guest rooms, comfort is expressed through Buddy sofas by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, combined with Stiel lounge armchairs by Sebastian Herkner and Folk side chairs by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo. Soft forms, generous upholstery and the warmth of wood help create intimate, relaxed interiors that echo the welcoming atmosphere of the Alpine lodge.
Design also accompanies the dining experience. At Plan del Sole, the à la carte restaurant where local culinary traditions are reinterpreted through a contemporary approach, Nemea armchairs by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo are paired with Stylus tables. In the lounge area, dominated by a sculptural black steel fireplace, the enveloping Lamorisse Lounge armchairs by Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo create an inviting setting, while the more informal Bar Presolana, overlooking the mountains, features Babila barstools by Odo Fioravanti and Folk side chairs, in the version with upholstered seats, paired with Inox tables.
Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 Hotels thus unfolds as a project in which architecture, interior design and the Alpine landscape come together. Pedrali collections accompany the different moments of the hospitality experience with a discreet and contemporary language, helping shape spaces where comfort, materiality and nature find a shared balance.
