Novacolor renews its collaboration with TAM Arcimboldi Theatre Milan with a new signature project: “Un Bagno di Folla,” conceived by Giulia Pellegrino and COLLETTIVO IN-VƎRSO architects Elena Reggiani, Maurizio Di Mauro and Paolo Tegoni, brings to the stage a total restyling of the Arcimboldi Theater’s toilets that become modular and “genderless,” giving the city of Milan and its theater signature toilets where art, architecture and design meet to return a complete and welcoming theatrical experience to the audience.
The revolutionary concept focuses on eccentric color choices that become the primary and distinctive feature of the design. “Un Bagno di Folla” is a kaleidoscope of colors just as the theater is an inexhaustible array of emotions for the audience that experiences the energy and evocative atmospheres of stage performances on a daily basis.
Novacolor interprets this boundless explosion of color with MATmotion Supreme Eggshell, a super-matte wall enamel for interiors with indispensable appeal. This product not only has spectacular aesthetic appeal, Supreme Eggshell in fact, like the entire MATmotion line, is a 100% sustainable product with low emission of volatile compounds during application, free of formaldehyde and added plasticizers.
A green product from the Biomass Balance approach that is REDcert² certified, an important attestation in the industrial sector dedicated to those who have chosen to invest significantly in sustainable raw materials, allowing to reduce, during the entire production cycle, carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere thanks to the massive substitution of fossil resources with renewable resources from biomass of agricultural waste.
TAM once again chooses Novacolor’s The Multiform Color to give voice to the need for openness to heterogeneity and inclusiveness. Color as a metaphor of possibility, to give the surfaces of architectural space an unprecedented visual narrative, made up of individual stories that converge into a single concept of future design.
