The village, now carefully renovated with a philological approach and contemporary spirit, is located inland from Perugia, in an area rich in history and rural charm. The tower, an iconic element of the architectural composition, now hosts suites and master bedrooms, while the common areas open on the ground floor following the natural slope of the land.
The project is a manifesto of sensitivity towards landscape and memory: it restores dignity to a fragment of history through a new narrative, where the past is preserved and integrated with contemporary design elements. The terracotta staircase connecting the levels becomes a symbolic and functional link, connecting the spaces and defining the sequence of interior environments.
The soul of the renovation is deeply connected to the concept of sustainability.
