In the heart of Belgravia, one of London’s most refined neighborhoods, a compact mews house is transformed into an elegant and functional residence thanks to the intervention of Annabella Nassetti and her studio AB Nassetti – A Living Concept. The renovation project successfully combined historical charm and contemporary innovation, creating a space that blends comfort, technology, and sophistication.
The dwelling unfolds across multiple levels in an airy composition, defined by an open space with advanced home automation, glass skylights, and dedicated entertainment areas, which enhance natural light and lend the environment an intense sensory quality. The chef’s kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, is concealed within custom-made cabinetry, where functionality and aesthetics engage in perfect harmony.
The entire project revolves around the search for the essential, understood as subtraction and attention to detail. The interiors retain historical traces, such as exposed bricks and original arches, reinterpreted with a minimalist and sophisticated language. Folding doors, integrated storage solutions, and custom-made furniture contribute to defining a clean and highly performant aesthetic.
Among the most significant spaces in the house is the study, clad in white lacquered oak, a secluded yet bright space, made unique by custom furniture and a sober and inspiring atmosphere. The open-plan living areas—lounge and dining area—express the artisanal mastery that characterizes every project by the studio: bespoke sofas, large windows, and particular attention to visual and tactile well-being.
The master bedroom represents the culmination of the intervention: an intimate and serene retreat, featuring an oak walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite marble bathroom, with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Here, as in the rest of the house, every element is the result of a precise and personalized vision: redefining the boundaries between luxury, innovation, and functionality, creating ingenious, sensitive, and timeless interiors.
