More than simple technical modules, these bathroom units are conceived as complete environments. Each one is designed in-house from both an architectural and engineering perspective and delivered to site fully equipped with plumbing and electrical systems, finishes and sanitary ware. This approach reduces installation times, limits onsite work and ensures greater quality control throughout the entire production process.
The range is divided into two systems. Unimetal Pods, featuring a cold-formed steel structure, are delivered to site fully assembled and ready to be connected to the building’s systems.
Unimetal Kits, on the other hand, are preassembled at the factory and shipped as a kit of components, a solution particularly suited to renovation projects or developments requiring greater logistical efficiency.
Each module is developed according to the client’s specific requirements, offering extensive possibilities for customising materials, wall and floor coverings, fittings and finishes. This is complemented by a consultancy service that supports clients throughout every stage of the project, providing a single point of contact to coordinate technical, production and installation aspects. Particularly noteworthy is the integration of wellness solutions.
Thanks to a division dedicated to wellness fit-outs, the units can incorporate saunas, hammams, multifunction showers, hot tubs and relaxation areas designed specifically for the hospitality sector, transforming the bathroom into an experiential space capable of enhancing the guest experience and reinforcing the identity of the property.
