Nestled in the Alpine landscape of Livigno, Concreta, an interior contractor specialized in custom-made furniture for the hospitality and commercial sectors, has contributed to redefining the concept of high-altitude hospitality. Through tailor-made solutions and a deep understanding of architectural vision, the company has successfully brought to life two remarkable projects: the newly opened Mo.he Boutique Hotel and the recently renovated Paradise Lodge Wellness Hotel, as well as furnishing work for the valley station of the Mottolino ski lifts.
Opened in December 2024, the Mo.he Boutique Hotel offers a unique interpretation of the mountain hotel concept—where organic architecture and immersive interiors meet in a delicate balance between luxury and authenticity. Designed by Studio Silvestri and developed by visionary owners Gianluigi Martinelli and Giovanna Confortola, the project was executed in all its interior spaces by Concreta, including the 12 rooms and suites as well as all shared areas.
Each room is unique and divided into six types, ranging from the intimate Superior Rooms to the extraordinary Penthouse Spa Suites, including the iconic Dream and Heaven. Concreta manufactured all the furnishings to measure, staying true to the architectural concept that blends refined design with natural elements like hemp and clay bio-bricks, local wood, and stone. The historic Molino Osmetti, dating back to 1868, was restored and integrated into the hotel, now featuring a dramatic 17-meter waterfall that flows through the building—a breathtaking visual signature seen from the entrance.
The Paradise Lodge, a 4-star superior hotel located in the heart of Livigno, was reopened in March 2025 following an ambitious renovation led by interior design studio Art Domus and executed by Concreta. The project reflects the vision of the Canepari family, who imagined a new hospitality model where nature and wellness are at the core of the experience.
Concreta handled the custom furnishing of all 39 rooms and suites, using natural oak for an alpine yet contemporary aesthetic. From compact rooms to spacious family suites featuring private Turkish baths or outdoor Jacuzzis, every element was built to ensure comfort, elegance, and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The common areas—reception, bar, Spa, and restaurant—were also crafted by Concreta, with reclaimed wood cladding, fire-resistant finishes, and acoustic ceilings providing both tactile warmth and technical performance. The Soaria Spa, covering over 600 sqm, includes a panoramic pool, saunas, steam rooms, and a wellness garden of 6,000 sqm for outdoor yoga and meditation.
With this project, Concreta once again proves its ability to support complex hospitality developments with fully customized, high-performance, and concept-driven solutions that enhance the architectural identity envisioned by designers and clients alike.
For over thirty years, Concreta has been a trusted interior contractor operating in both national and international markets. Specializing in custom furniture and turnkey interior solutions for hotels, resorts, and commercial spaces, the company offers full-service project management—from initial briefing to product engineering, manufacturing, and installation—ensuring precision, flexibility, and aesthetic consistency at every stage.
