RAK Ceramics PJSC, a world leader in ceramics, has opened its first Design Hub in the heart of London, in the design district of Clerkenwell.
The Design Hub has been conceived as a meeting place for designers and architects, allowing them to explore the many possibilities offered by the RAK Ceramics brand’s wide range of ceramic products.
The Design Hub is an environment conceived to inspire the creativity of its visitors and includes functional design installations: true micro-environments with the aim of concretely demonstrating the great potential of Emirati products.
It will function as a global specification showroom and allow architects and interior designers to use RAK Ceramics materials for their projects around the world. A real material library of almost 700 square metres will be at the complete disposal of designers and their needs.
Many exclusive products will be on display, including a new collection of furnishing accessories by ELIE SAAB together with bathroom collections developed by designers Patrick Nourget, Giuseppe Maurizio Scutellà and the duo Debiasi & Sandri.
During the official launch of the RAK Ceramics Design Hub, which took place during London’s Clerkenwell Design Week, Leonardo de Muro, Vice President of RAK Ceramics said: “We are proud that London has been chosen as the venue for RAK Ceramics’ first global Design Hub and we look forward to welcoming the international design community to showcase RAK Ceramics’ global product innovations”.
