SUPERFACES presents the webinar “Sustainable Architecture: Materials and Surfaces”
The countdown has officially begun for SUPERFACES, the new multi-sector exhibition organised by the Italian Exhibition Group dedicated to the world of surfaces for interior design, architecture and contract, which will take place from 29 September to 2 October 2021 at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. A series of branded content initiatives and webinars, a road map designed by SUPERFACES for exhibitors and visitors to the show, will mark the approach to the event and will provide an in-depth look at topics of interest for architects and their profession, also thanks to partnerships with some of Italy’s most important firms.
The first appointment is on Wednesday 24th March at 3 pm on the Livestorm platform with a webinar on the macro theme of sustainability entitled “Sustainable architecture: materials and surfaces“. Sustainability is one of the key words that the fair will use, including research into new materials and innovative, low environmental impact processes. The speaker at the event will be architect Anastasia Kucherova of Studio Stefano Boeri Architetti. Anastasia Kucherova has been working with Studio Stefano Boeri Architetti since 2012 and has worked on international projects such as EXPO 2017 in Kazakhstan and the Strategic Masterplan of Mitino Park in Moscow. The webinar will be introduced by a member of the Superfaces team, will feature three partner companies and will award 3 professional training credits to participating architects.
Other webinars and events will follow, organised by SUPERFACES in collaboration with publishers, design studios, professionals and industry associations to explore issues, stimulate debate, discuss the future of living and contribute to the creation of the SUPERFACES community.
